Coins are the digital currency in Dravyn Bun Hearth. They can be exchanged for helper tools that make stages easier to clear. Coins remain valid permanently from the date they are granted — they do not expire with time. The email you enter at payment is bound as your game account. Please confirm it is accurate so it can sync securely with the game.
After a virtual currency purchase is paid successfully, virtual currency is usually credited automatically to your game account (the email entered on the checkout page) within 5 minutes. If there is a system delay or order review, delivery will be completed within 24 hours at the latest.
If you still have not received your virtual currency after the promised timeline, please submit a request on the Contact Us page and provide your order number, purchase date, and payment proof. Customer support will verify the order and reissue the virtual currency within 3 business days of receiving your request.
If virtual currency cannot be delivered within 24 hours due to a system fault, inventory issue, or other reason, we will refund the funds to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund arrival time varies by payment method and is usually 7 business days.
Virtual currency may be used only inside Dravyn Bun Hearth.
